Placing your Order
All orders are subject to availability. You will be contacted within 72 hours of receiving your order request to confirm whether we are able to take your order. If your order is accepted you will receive an invoice. Full payment of the invoice is required within 48 hours of receipt to book your order.

Cancellation Policy
All orders must be cancelled at least 10 days prior to the pick up date. If cancelled before the 10 day mark, payment (minus a 25% fee to compensate for my time in planning and designing the order) will be returned to the customer. Orders cancelled less than 10 days prior to the pick up date are not eligible for any refunds. If the order has not yet been started, the payment may be used for a future order dependent on the bakery’s availability.
Pick Up Policy
The pickup address will be provided during checkout. Further instructions and address are delivered in the “Order is Ready” e-mail provided closer to the pick up date. Orders must be picked up at the agreed upon time. Please communicate if you are running late or need to change your pickup time. For every 30 minutes you are late, a $5 late fee will be added towards your balance. This fee is non-refundable and must be collected before the order is picked up. Being more than 24 hours late to the agreed upon date and time will result in your order being forfeit. No refund or credit will be issued.
Cookie Care
Cookies are delicate and can break if handled incorrectly. Once you pick up your cookies it is your responsibility to keep the cookies whole and at the appropriate temperature. Sugar cookies (in heat sealed bags) can be stored at room temperature for up to two weeks at peak freshness.

Our baked goods are made in a kitchen where known food allergens including, but not limited to dairy, nuts, and wheat are used.
